Flash on iPhone?

Adobe has recently stated that they will put flash on the iPhone no matter what Apple says about it. Their only problem is that if they want to build it with the SDK, Apple will have to approve it before it goes into the App Store. One thing they could do is make Flash Player for Jailbroken phones. Apple would then not be able to have any control over Flash on iPhone unless the people with Jailbroken phones updated to a newer iPhone firmware. It is sort of a race to see if the iPhone gets big enough or if the mobile stuff gets big enough first. If the iPhone gets big enough, you won’t build mobile apps with Flash, but if the mobile stuff gets big enough, Apple will want to allow Adobe to make an iPhone Flash Player.
Yesterday, the 21st, I read something in my RSS. It said that Adobe was backing out of creating Flash for the iPhone. They said they will need Apple’s help. Steve Jobs doesn’t show any interest at all in bringing Flash to the iPhone. We will just have to wait and see. Will Adobe win, or Apple?
